• Can you manufacture wire harnesses based on our drawings or samples (OEM/ODM)?

  Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM services. You can provide us with engineering drawings (CAD/PDF) or physical samples, and our engineering team will evaluate them for a quotation. If you are in the development stage, we also offer design consultation, component selection advice, and rapid prototyping services to help optimize your product structure and reduce costs.

• Do you use genuine connectors and terminals or equivalent parts?

  We strictly follow our customers' specifications. Yiou Guan has a robust global supply chain capable of sourcing Genuine Parts from major brands (e.g., TE, Yazaki, Sumitomo, Delphi). If cost reduction is a priority, we can suggest high-quality Equivalent Parts subject to your approval. All equivalents undergo rigorous validation and testing before use.
   

• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and standard lead time?

  Our MOQ depends on the type of wires and connectors involved, but we strive to be flexible. The standard production lead time is typically 4-6 weeks. For urgent orders or prototypes, we have a dedicated fast-track process that can shorten lead times depending on material availability. Please contact our sales team for the most accurate details.
   

• What quality certifications does your factory hold? Do you meet automotive standards?

  Both our Taiwan and Vietnam facilities are certified with IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive Quality Management System). We strictly follow APQP and PPAP processes, ensuring that quality from prototyping to mass production meets the Tier-1 standards of international automakers.

• What testing procedures are performed before shipment?

  We follow a “Zero Defect” policy with 100% electrical testing and patented CCD visual inspection to ensure every wire harness meets strict structural and functional standards.
